Refund policy

Every Made by Huuman shirt is printed when you order it, just for you. Here's how we handle problems.

Something wrong with your shirt? If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't the shirt you ordered, email us at hello@madebyhuuman.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send you a new one or refund you, whichever you prefer. You keep the original.

Package never showed up? Let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out.

Wrong size or changed your mind? Because each shirt is made to order, we can't take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each shirt before you order.

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as you can. We can cancel any order that hasn't gone to print yet. Once printing starts, it's on its way to you.

Live in the EU or UK? Local law may give you extra rights, like cancelling within 14 days of delivery. Email us and we'll walk you through it.
